Point Accumulation

• Tiered Points:

Users can supply to gain weekly points. Upon completion of these weekly tasks, users will earn points based on the relevant task tiers. The status of task completion will be taken every Sunday.

We have three tiers for our users based on their supply balance. The points allocation varies as per the duration and balance maintained.

Tier 1: Users who maintain a supply balance of more than $200:

Over 3 days: Will receive 20 points.

Over 5 days: Will receive 40 points.

Tier 2: Users who maintain a supply balance between $50 - $200:

Over 3 days: Will receive 10 points.

Over 5 days: Will receive 20 points.

Tier 3: Users who maintain a supply balance between $10 - $50:

Over 3 days: Will receive 5 points.

Over 5 days: Will receive 10 points.

On top of the Tiered Points, the weekly points for users are calculated as follows:

Weekly Points = Tier Points + (Average Weekly Supply Balance/20)

*The higher the balance within each tier, the more additional points users will receive.

• Extra Rewards:

To incentivize long-term participation, extra rewards are provided to users who remain active continuously. The calculation is as follows:

Extra Points = Base Rewards * Holding Bonus

*Holding Bonus is a preset value; Specifically, a Holding Bonus of 1.1 is applied for unbroken activity extending over 4 weeks; 1.15 for over 5 weeks; 1.2 for over 6 weeks; 1.25 for over 7 weeks; and 1.3 for over 8 weeks.

• Zealy Task Points:

An additional 5 points are provided to the first 1000 users who complete social media sharing and liking tasks.

Reward Calculation

• Reward Point Conversion:

At the end of the activity, calculate the total points for all users. Based on the total token pool value and total points, calculate the dynamic conversion rate:

Conversion Rate = Total Token Pool Value / Total Points

Based on the dynamic conversion rate, calculate the token rewards for each user:

Token Rewards = User Points * Conversion Rate

• Reward Distribution:

According to the conversion formula above, calculate the token rewards for each user, and distribute the rewards to the user's wallet address within a week after the program ends.

• Reward Requirement:

Users must obtain valid points in the protocol for at least four weeks to participate in the reward exchange.

Degen EraNauts Reward

• Point Conversion:

Based on the old users' points on zkSync, a certain conversion rate is given for points on Telos. Every 1 old point can be converted to 0.1 points on Telos.

• Reward Activation:

Users need to accumulate points on Telos for at least 4 weeks, and the gifted points will become eligible for reward calculations only after that.
